Ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003 come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018.

1. TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO

Il Titolare del trattamento dei dati personali raccolti nell'ambito del Servizio LiveSuperBot è il soggetto gestore del sito web livesuperbot.com. Per esercitare i diritti di cui al punto 9 o per qualsiasi questione relativa al trattamento dei dati personali, è possibile contattare il Titolare tramite il sito web https://livesuperbot.com o attraverso il Bot Telegram.

2. DATI RACCOLTI E FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO

2.1 Dati del Profilo Telegram
Accedendo al Bot LiveSuperBot tramite Telegram, il Servizio riceve automaticamente i seguenti dati pubblici del profilo Telegram dell'utente:

  • ID Telegram (identificatore univoco dell'account Telegram).
  • Nome e/o cognome (se impostati pubblicamente nel profilo Telegram).
  • Username Telegram (se impostato dall'utente).

Questi dati sono utilizzati esclusivamente per:

  • Identificare univocamente l'utente all'interno del Servizio.
  • Gestire il saldo dei Crediti associato all'account.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico e gestire segnalazioni.
  • Inviare comunicazioni di servizio (aggiornamenti, notifiche di sistema).

2.2 Dati di Transazione
In caso di acquisto di Pack di Crediti, i pagamenti vengono elaborati da Provider di Pagamento terzi (Stripe e/o PayPal). Il Gestore conserva esclusivamente:

  • Il riferimento alla transazione (ID transazione fornito dal Provider).
  • L'importo pagato e il Pack acquistato.
  • La data e l'ora della transazione.

Il Gestore NON raccoglie, NON conserva e NON ha accesso ai dati di pagamento dell'utente (numeri di carta di credito, dati bancari, ecc.).

2.3 Dati di Utilizzo
Il Servizio raccoglie automaticamente dati relativi all'utilizzo del Bot, tra cui:

  • Log delle richieste al Bot (comandi inviati, timestamp).
  • Consumo di Crediti per tipologia di richiesta.
  • Eventuali errori o malfunzionamenti riscontrati dall'utente.

2.4 Dati Non Raccolti
LiveSuperBot NON raccoglie:

  • Dati di geolocalizzazione.
  • Indirizzi e-mail (salvo comunicazione volontaria da parte dell'utente per finalità di supporto).
  • Numeri di telefono.
  • Dati biometrici.
  • Dati relativi a categorie particolari ai sensi dell'art. 9 GDPR.

3. BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO

  • Esecuzione del contratto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR): trattamento necessario per fornire il Servizio richiesto dall'utente.
  • Legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR): monitoraggio tecnico del Servizio, prevenzione di abusi e frodi.
  • Obblighi legali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR): adempimento di obblighi contabili e fiscali relativi alle transazioni commerciali.
  • Consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR): per comunicazioni promozionali o marketing, previa acquisizione del consenso esplicito dell'utente.

4. CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI

  • Dati del profilo Telegram e dati di utilizzo: conservati per tutta la durata dell'account attivo nel Servizio e per un periodo massimo di 12 mesi dalla disattivazione o inattività prolungata dell'account.
  • Dati di transazione: conservati per 10 anni dalla data della transazione, in conformità agli obblighi contabili e fiscali previsti dalla legge.
  • Log tecnici: conservati per un massimo di 6 mesi.

I dati sono cancellati o anonimizzati al termine del periodo di conservazione, salvo diversa previsione normativa applicabile.

5. COMUNICAZIONE E CONDIVISIONE DEI DATI

I dati personali degli utenti NON sono venduti né ceduti a terzi per scopi commerciali o di profilazione. I dati possono essere condivisi esclusivamente con:

  • Provider di Pagamento (Stripe, PayPal): per l'elaborazione delle transazioni.
  • Provider di infrastruttura tecnologica: server e servizi cloud utilizzati per l'erogazione del Servizio.
  • Autorità competenti: in caso di obbligo legale o ordine dell'autorità giudiziaria.

6. TRASFERIMENTO INTERNAZIONALE DEI DATI

Alcuni Provider di Pagamento (es. Stripe, PayPal) potrebbero trattare dati al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE). In tali casi, il trasferimento avviene in conformità alle garanzie previste dal GDPR (art. 46), tra cui Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea.

7. SICUREZZA DEI DATI

Il Gestore adotta misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate per proteggere i dati personali degli utenti, tra cui:

  • Comunicazioni cifrate tramite protocollo HTTPS/TLS.
  • Accesso ai dati limitato al personale autorizzato.
  • Monitoraggio continuo dei sistemi per la rilevazione di anomalie.
  • Aggiornamento regolare dei sistemi di sicurezza.

8. COOKIE E TECNOLOGIE DI TRACCIAMENTO

Il sito web livesuperbot.com potrebbe utilizzare cookie tecnici essenziali per il corretto funzionamento del sito. Non vengono utilizzati cookie di profilazione o di marketing di terze parti senza il preventivo consenso dell'utente.

  • Opposizione (art. 21): opporsi al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse.
  • Revoca del consenso: revocare in qualsiasi momento il consenso prestato.

Per esercitare i propri diritti, l'utente può contattare il Titolare tramite il sito web https://livesuperbot.com o attraverso il Bot Telegram. Il Gestore risponderà entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione della richiesta.

10. MINORI

Il Servizio non è destinato a minori di 18 anni. Il Gestore non raccoglie consapevolmente dati personali di minori.

11. MODIFICHE ALLA PRESENTE INFORMATIVA

Il Gestore si riserva il diritto di modificare la presente Informativa in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate tramite il sito web e/o il Bot Telegram.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller for personal data collected through the LiveSuperBot Service is the operator of the livesuperbot.com website. To exercise the rights set out in section 9 or for any matter relating to personal data processing, please contact the Controller via https://livesuperbot.com or through the Telegram Bot.

2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES

2.1 Telegram Profile Data
When accessing the LiveSuperBot Bot via Telegram, the Service automatically receives the following public Telegram profile data:

  • Telegram ID (unique identifier of the Telegram account).
  • First and/or last name (if set publicly in the Telegram profile).
  • Telegram username (if set by the User).

This data is used exclusively to:

  • Uniquely identify the User within the Service.
  • Manage the Credit balance associated with the account.
  • Provide technical support and handle reports.
  • Send service communications (updates, system notifications).

2.2 Transaction Data
When purchasing Credit Packs, payments are processed by third-party Payment Providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). The Operator retains exclusively:

  • Transaction reference (transaction ID provided by the Provider).
  • Amount paid and Pack purchased.
  • Date and time of the transaction.

The Operator does NOT collect, retain or have access to the User's payment data (credit card numbers, banking details, etc.).

2.3 Usage Data
The Service automatically collects data relating to Bot usage, including:

  • Bot request logs (commands sent, timestamps).
  • Credit consumption by request type.
  • Any errors or malfunctions encountered by the User.

2.4 Data Not Collected
LiveSuperBot does NOT collect:

  • Geolocation data.
  • Email addresses (unless voluntarily provided by the User for support purposes).
  • Phone numbers.
  • Biometric data.
  • Special category data under Art. 9 GDPR.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to provide the Service requested by the User.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): technical monitoring of the Service, prevention of abuse and fraud.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations relating to commercial transactions.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for promotional or marketing communications, following acquisition of the User's explicit consent.

4. DATA RETENTION

  • Telegram profile data and usage data: retained for the duration of the active account and for a maximum of 12 months after account deactivation or extended inactivity.
  • Transaction data: retained for 10 years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with applicable accounting and tax obligations.
  • Technical logs: retained for a maximum of 6 months.

5. DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF DATA

Users' personal data is NOT sold or transferred to third parties for commercial or profiling purposes. Data may be shared exclusively with:

  • Payment Providers (Stripe, PayPal): for transaction processing.
  • Technology infrastructure providers: servers and cloud services used to deliver the Service.
  • Competent authorities: where legally required or ordered by a judicial authority.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some Payment Providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, transfers are made in accordance with the safeguards required by the GDPR (Art. 46), including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. DATA SECURITY

The Operator adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Users' personal data, including:

  • Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS protocol.
  • Data access limited to authorised personnel.
  • Continuous system monitoring for anomaly detection.
  • Regular security system updates.

8. COOKIES

The livesuperbot.com website may use essential technical cookies for proper site operation. No third-party profiling or marketing cookies are used without prior User consent.

9. USER RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, the User has the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of personal data.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (Art. 17): request data deletion ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction (Art. 18): request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability (Art. 20): receive personal data in structured, machine-readable format.

The Service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

2. DATOS RECOGIDOS Y FINALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO

2.1 Datos del Perfil de Telegram
Al acceder al Bot LiveSuperBot a través de Telegram, el Servicio recibe automáticamente los siguientes datos públicos del perfil de Telegram del Usuario:

  • ID de Telegram (identificador único de la cuenta de Telegram).
  • Nombre y/o apellidos (si están configurados públicamente en el perfil de Telegram).
  • Nombre de usuario de Telegram (si está configurado por el Usuario).

Estos datos se utilizan exclusivamente para:

  • Identificar de forma unívoca al Usuario dentro del Servicio.
  • Gestionar el saldo de Créditos asociado a la cuenta.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y gestionar solicitudes.
  • Enviar comunicaciones de servicio (actualizaciones, notificaciones del sistema).

2.2 Datos de Transacción
En caso de compra de Packs de Créditos, los pagos son procesados por Proveedores de Pago terceros (Stripe y/o PayPal). El Operador conserva exclusivamente:

  • La referencia de la transacción (ID de transacción facilitado por el Proveedor).
  • El importe pagado y el Pack adquirido.
  • La fecha y hora de la transacción.

El Operador NO recoge, NO conserva ni tiene acceso a los datos de pago del Usuario.

2.3 Datos de Uso
El Servicio recoge automáticamente datos relativos al uso del Bot:

  • Registros de solicitudes al Bot (comandos enviados, marcas de tiempo).
  • Consumo de Créditos por tipo de solicitud.
  • Posibles errores o fallos del sistema detectados por el Usuario.

2.4 Datos No Recogidos
LiveSuperBot NO recoge:

  • Datos de geolocalización.
  • Direcciones de correo electrónico (salvo comunicación voluntaria del Usuario con fines de soporte).
  • Números de teléfono.
  • Datos biométricos.
  • Datos de categorías especiales según el art. 9 RGPD.

3. BASE JURÍDICA DEL TRATAMIENTO

  • Ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD): tratamiento necesario para prestar el Servicio solicitado por el Usuario.
  • Interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD): seguimiento técnico del Servicio, prevención de abusos y fraudes.
  • Obligación legal (art. 6.1.c RGPD): cumplimiento de obligaciones contables y fiscales.
  • Consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD): para comunicaciones promocionales o de marketing.

4. CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS DATOS

  • Datos del perfil de Telegram y datos de uso: conservados durante toda la duración de la cuenta activa y un máximo de 12 meses tras la desactivación o inactividad prolongada.
  • Datos de transacción: conservados durante 10 años desde la fecha de la transacción.
  • Registros técnicos: conservados un máximo de 6 meses.

5. COMUNICACIÓN Y COMPARTICIÓN DE DATOS

Los datos personales de los Usuarios NO se venden ni ceden a terceros con fines comerciales o de elaboración de perfiles. Los datos pueden compartirse exclusivamente con:

  • Proveedores de Pago (Stripe, PayPal): para el procesamiento de transacciones.
  • Proveedores de infraestructura tecnológica: servidores y servicios en la nube utilizados para prestar el Servicio.
  • Autoridades competentes: cuando sea legalmente obligatorio o lo ordene una autoridad judicial.

6. TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES DE DATOS

Algunos Proveedores de Pago pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE). En tales casos, la transferencia se realiza de conformidad con las garantías previstas en el RGPD (art. 46), incluidas las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea.

7. SEGURIDAD DE LOS DATOS

El Operador adopta medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas para proteger los datos personales de los Usuarios, entre ellas:

2. СОБИРАЕМЫЕ ДАННЫЕ И ЦЕЛИ ОБРАБОТКИ

2.1 Данные профиля Telegram
При доступе к боту LiveSuperBot через Telegram Сервис автоматически получает следующие публичные данные профиля Telegram Пользователя:

  • Telegram ID (уникальный идентификатор аккаунта Telegram).
  • Имя и/или фамилия (если установлены публично в профиле Telegram).
  • Имя пользователя Telegram (если установлено Пользователем).

Эти данные используются исключительно для:

  • Уникальной идентификации Пользователя в рамках Сервиса.
  • Управления балансом Кредитов, связанных с аккаунтом.
  • Предоставления технической поддержки и обработки обращений.
  • Отправки сервисных сообщений (обновления, системные уведомления).

2.2 Данные транзакций
При покупке Пакетов кредитов платежи обрабатываются сторонними Платёжными провайдерами (Stripe и/или PayPal). Оператор сохраняет исключительно:

  • Идентификатор транзакции (предоставленный Провайдером).
  • Оплаченную сумму и приобретённый Пакет.
  • Дату и время транзакции.

Оператор НЕ собирает, НЕ хранит и НЕ имеет доступа к платёжным данным Пользователя (номера банковских карт, банковские реквизиты и т.д.).

2.3 Данные использования
Сервис автоматически собирает данные об использовании Бота:

  • Логи запросов к Боту (отправленные команды, временные метки).
  • Расход Кредитов по типу запроса.
  • Любые ошибки или сбои, обнаруженные Пользователем.

2.4 Данные, которые НЕ собираются
LiveSuperBot НЕ собирает:

  • Данные геолокации.
  • Адреса электронной почты (за исключением добровольного предоставления Пользователем для целей поддержки).
  • Номера телефонов.
  • Биометрические данные.
  • Данные особых категорий в соответствии со ст. 9 GDPR.

3. ПРАВОВАЯ ОСНОВА ОБРАБОТКИ

  • Исполнение договора (ст. 6(1)(b) GDPR): обработка, необходимая для предоставления запрошенного Пользователем Сервиса.
  • Законные интересы (ст. 6(1)(f) GDPR): техническое наблюдение за Сервисом, предотвращение злоупотреблений и мошенничества.
  • Правовое обязательство (ст. 6(1)(c) GDPR): выполнение бухгалтерских и налоговых обязательств.
  • Согласие (ст. 6(1)(a) GDPR): для рекламных или маркетинговых сообщений, после получения явного согласия Пользователя.

4. ХРАНЕНИЕ ДАННЫХ

  • Данные профиля Telegram и данные использования: хранятся в течение всего срока активности аккаунта и не более 12 месяцев после деактивации или длительного бездействия.
  • Данные транзакций: хранятся 10 лет с даты транзакции в соответствии с применимыми бухгалтерскими и налоговыми обязательствами.
  • Технические логи: хранятся не более 6 месяцев.

5. РАСКРЫТИЕ И ПЕРЕДАЧА ДАННЫХ

Персональные данные Пользователей НЕ продаются и НЕ передаются третьим лицам в коммерческих целях или для профилирования. Данные могут быть переданы исключительно:

  • Платёжным провайдерам (Stripe, PayPal): для обработки транзакций.
  • Поставщикам технологической инфраструктуры: серверы и облачные сервисы, используемые для предоставления Сервиса.
  • Компетентным органам: по требованию закона или судебного органа.

6. МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ ПЕРЕДАЧА ДАННЫХ

Некоторые Платёжные провайдеры (например, Stripe, PayPal) могут обрабатывать данные за пределами Европейского экономического пространства (ЕЭП). В таких случаях передача осуществляется в соответствии с гарантиями, предусмотренными GDPR (ст. 46), включая Стандартные контрактные положения, утверждённые Европейской комиссией.

7. БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ ДАННЫХ

Оператор применяет соответствующие технические и организационные меры для защиты персональных данных Пользователей, включая:

  • Шифрованные соединения по протоколу HTTPS/TLS.
  • Доступ к данным ограничен уполномоченным персоналом.
  • Непрерывный мониторинг систем для обнаружения аномалий.
  • Регулярное обновление систем безопасности.

8. COOKIES

Веб-сайт livesuperbot.com может использовать необходимые технические cookies для корректной работы сайта. Cookies профилирования или маркетинговые cookies третьих сторон не используются без предварительного согласия Пользователя.

9. ПРАВА ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯ

  • Исправление (ст. 16): запрос на исправление неточных или неполных данных.
  • Удаление (ст. 17): запрос на удаление данных («право на забвение»).
  • Ограничение (ст. 18): запрос на ограничение обработки в определённых обстоятельствах.
  • Переносимость (ст. 20): получение персональных данных в структурированном, машиночитаемом формате.
  • Возражение (ст. 21): возражение против обработки на основании законных интересов.
  • Отзыв согласия: отзыв согласия в любое время без ущерба для законности предшествующей обработки.

Оператор ответит в течение 30 дней с момента получения запроса. Пользователь также имеет право подать жалобу в компетентный надзорный орган по защите данных.

10. НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНИЕ

Сервис не предназначен для лиц младше 18 лет. Оператор сознательно не собирает персональные данные несовершеннолетних.

11. ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ПОЛИТИКИ

Оператор оставляет за собой право изменять настоящую Политику конфиденциальности в любое время. Изменения будут доведены через веб-сайт и/или Telegram-бота.
